In what Use to be the United States, exists a new world order. Known as The Coalition. This Neo-Nazi group are not concerned with race. They are concerned Species. They view any Non-Human or Mutant Human with distaste. They see magic as a perversion of the human soul and will not tolerate any of it. After the apocalyptic wars that destroyed Civilization as you and I Know it, they arose. The Coalition is a group of City States that control most of the north eastern portion of North America. They have amassed power and are not afraid to use it to support their twisted sense of what humanity an civilization should be.

The back bone of their army consist of Human soldiers that are ignorant and Illiterate. The Coalition prefers it's citizens to be this way so their propaganda can be most effective. The people, after seeing what the supernatural creatures of this new war torn Earth could do, took quite readily to the new order. They saw it as the last hope of humanity. It seemed a just cause and was something to fight for. They had no Ideal of the coming reign of total domination by the newly empowered government. Quickly the Government, Still in It's infancy was taking more and more control into the every day life of it's citizens.

When the human race began to evolve to cope with these new supernatural events, in the form of mutants, the Coalition government soon saw this as a threat to it's power. They instituted the Mutant Registration Act (MRA). Now any mutant not registered with the MRA was considered an outlaw. People with these talents live in constant fear and are treated as Third Class Citizen's.

In this new era of Growing Empires, the technologies of old were relearned and rediscovered. The Coalition stepped forth as a new power. Not only in manpower but in industry and in the manufacturing of giant war machines that the government felt were needed to combat the creatures that have come to plague our world. Not all of these Dimensional Beings, also known as D-Bees, were evil. In fact some were quite ready to share this world with us and live in peace. Yet the years of evil beings and much war had tainted the soul of humanity. People saw these new beings as the biggest threat that ever came to Earth. Now the wars would take all of their efforts and power but they would live in a world of humans and no other.

In Europe however things were very different. A nation called The New German Republic arose out of the former Germany. This nation was a manufacturing superpower. Most of the factories of the past served as shelters in the great Quakes and Wars that took place. These factories were equipped with everything from housing to their own nuclear reactor. After the great wars and natural disasters calmed the begin to unify Europe and build a nation of Educated and peaceful people. Yet the Race know as Gargoyles came and a new war was waged to save humanity from an uncaring and uncivilized race of killers. Due to the nature of these beings other D-Bees were persecuted and banished from the NGR. Although the people were sympathetic towards the less harmful a strict policy of Human First took over.
